Well…it looks like we’ve broken (and will maybe shatter) the Oklahoma City record for consecutive days with rainfall. If this is what the people on Seattle have to deal with everyday, no wonder they don’t want the NBA. This rain gets me so depressed that I don’t really care that Seattle/Oklahoma City Sonics are going to select Kevin Durant with the second pick in tonight’s NBA draft. Maybe in the heat of August I’ll care, but right now I just want to listen to Nirvana CDs, drink expensive coffee and watch Frasier reruns.
Anyway, if you are depressed like me, I’d recommend checking out MonsterCoop.com, where Norman artist Christian Pitt has some inspiring pictures of strange puppet-looking creations running through fields of sunshine. If that doesn’t cheer you up, I would suggest prank calling Discount Muffler, and telling them you have 50 kids toys that you’d like them to weld for free. If that doesn’t cheer you up, you’re screwed.
I honestly wonder why the local meteorologists are doing new forecasts each night on the news. They could just make a tape of themselves saying “It’s going to rain a lot” and just replay it every night.

I have it on good authority that the constant rain is due to Gary England being depressed. Everyone knows the weather reflects Gary’s mood.
then that would mean that gary england hates moore… alot. this seems to make a good amount of sense, since i don’t remember a tornado ever hitting the ou campus. now i need to find a way to direct gary’s hatred toward things/people that i hate.
It was somewhat clear all day today so I figured I’d play some golf. Tee time 4:00 PM. Torrential downpoor definitely started at 3:45 PM. Talk about depressing, ok I’m gonna go take some shots now.

I appreciate the humor as well as my Father would, but seeing as though he has had Discount Muffler for a very long time, the 50 prank calls might give him a headache.
