I’m not actually sure this is Toby, but it did take place in Bethany and it did involve a “sick individual,” so chances are it was. Someone at KWTV needs to tell him this is not the best way to get votes in Ogle Madness.
BETHANY, Okla. (AP) — Police in Bethany are looking for what Chief Neal Troutman calls a “sick individual” who’s leaving notes asking for women to give him their underwear.
Troutman said the person is knocking on doors and leaving notes with specific instructions asking for the undergarments.
The notes say the women will be given $20.
Troutman says the person apparently has a fetish and police are worried about what he’ll do next.

It’s got to be some kook from Warr Acres creating a hoax to give the town of Bethany a black eye.
Those Warr Acres/Bethany border wars are getting out of hand!
This is what happens when you live next to the town with the lowest property taxes in Oklahoma!
Is this one of those things where you’re actualy the one knocking on the doors and say something about someone else doing it to create a better cover?
Like….”Oh yah….one of my friends was wondering if there where any transsexual clubs around here”
……I’m so ashamed
The A.P, whoa are they credible? I’m pretty sure he is the one asking for men underwears. And he will try and haggle you down to a 5er. Or he will give you a 5Alive poncho.
Oops he is on channel 9. Stills works though. The EYE is ALWAYS watching.
Okay, maybe I’m odd or something, but if we let nuts go door to door (in example, people like Paul Wesselhoft and Randy Terrell) to solicit votes, what’s really the harm in going door to door trying to purchase a few pair of panties? I mean, it’s not remarkably unlike the government stimulis plan in that it gives people money that they can spend to jump-start the Economy at Victoria Secrets. I’m for that Baby!
I’m kinda serious about wondering what they are going to do when they catch him? Last I knew soliciting goods for $ is not against the law, even if it is nasty underwear…
Robert has a point. We’ll need to keep an eye on this.
Hey fellas, had this linked at RedDirtReport.com as well as your ‘name the team’ blog post. Good stuff!
