Who is this man?

Since we are on a Tulsa kick this week...

Apparently, this guy is famous and has Tulsa ties. We kind of knew this, but we didn't write about it because we are strikingly attractive, heterosexual guys (not 45-year-old housewives) and could care less about him. Anyway, I figured we should have poll to see if our readers know who he is.
