They kind of look alike but maybe it is just because they have that "trashy people with a little bit of $$" thing going on. And I hate their ads and the extra loud music. And why can't the 18002sellhomes lady hold up her 2 fingers at the right time? And the Sonic ads are funny to me too. I think those guys are in that Will Ferrell Stranger than Fiction movie.
