Clark’s Super Mega Thunder Preview

12:01 PM EDT on October 27, 2010

Tonight, the Oklahoma City Thunder start the 2010/11 NBA season against the Chicago Bulls in TheLostOgle.com Center (tentative name).  It will be difficult for the team to improve upon the magical year they just had when they surprised the league in more than doubling win total from the prior season, then putting some fear into the eventual league champions.

Now, as the hunted rather than the hunter, the Thunder enter this season sporting practically the same roster that left the floor after Russell Westbrook's desperation three grazed the rim and the Lakers advanced to the next round.  To improve, they will rely on further team cohesion and their young core continuing to mature.  What does it all add up to?  Click on the jump to get my thoughts on the upcoming season.

IT'S GOING TO BE AWESOME!!  Thunder Up!

(If you want more than that, you might want to pick up an  Oklahoma Gazette.  Patrick and I partnered with Royce at DailyThunder and wrote the Gazette's Thunder Preview.   The three of us will also provide Thunder coverage in the Gazette throughout the season.)
