You can now own Richard Tate’s old Impala for $13,500…

Back in September, before Richard and Ryan Tate of Tate Publishing were indicted on various felony charges, Abby Broyles stopped by the Tate offices in Mustang to ask some questions about a Department of Labor investigation into the company.

Sadly, nobody with Tate would talk to Abby. I guess management was too busy shredding documents and hard drives or something like that, so she just took some footage of Richard Tate's old restored Chevy instead:

Thanks to a tip via the Ogle Mole Network, it looks like Richard's Chevy can now be yours for only $13,500. Check out this Craigslist ad:

That's kind of funny. I think ex-Tate employees and authors should start a GoFundMe to buy the car and then destroy it like it's the printer from Office Space. Yes, that would be a wasteful, passive aggressive way to get even for all the shitty things the Tates have done over the years, but it would also be fun and therapeutic. All I ask is they be respectful and at least send some parts to the Philippines. They deserve some retribution, too.

Anyway, I guess I should clarify that I'm not 100% positive that's the same car. They look identical, and selling a classic car a few weeks after you're indicted on felony charges makes sense, but who knows, maybe it's some other Douche Bag's ride. Either way, I don't care. I can always add the word "replica" to the headline. Plus, I've been looking for an excuse to post Richard's mugshot for the past few weeks, and this was my best opportunity. Hell, let's publish Ryan's, too:

Feels good, doesn't it?
