On this week's episode, we chatted with Ryan about SQ 807 – the initiative petition he helped write and introduce that would legalize recreational marijuana in Oklahoma. We also talked about the upcoming legislative session, criminal justice reform, and whether or not teachers should be charged with rape when they have threesomes with adult students.
