Jeff Lowe sued by Oklahoma Tax Commission!

We have learned via the Ogle Mole Network that the Oklahoma Tax Commission has filed a lawsuit against the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park and its diminutive scuzzbucket owner, Jeff Lowe, in Garvin County court.

In the suit, which was filed yesterday, the agency requests an order to shut down the park for failing to file and pay tax returns, operating without a valid sales tax permit, and allowing little douche bags to still wear Affliction attire.

You can read the full lawsuit below:

Download the PDF file .

According to the suit, the OTC claims the GW Exotic Animal owes approximately $50,000 in delinquent taxes from 2016 alone. The agency claims the full amount isn’t known until the zoo files all of its delinquent returns.

The lawsuit was filed just a week or so after a judge gave that Bitch Down in Florida Who Murdered Her Husband – Carol Baskin –  ownership and control of the park. How does that affect the OTC’s lawsuit against Lowe in the zoo? I have no clue, but I guess we’ll eventually find out.

Anyway, I guess we’ll continue to monitor this story for as long as people still care about and click on Joe Exotic related articles. Stay with The Lost Ogle. We’ll keep you advised.

  1. Joe Exotic……reminding people Mississippi and West Virginia aren’t the only freak shows in ‘Murica!

  2. Lowe’s so short you can see his feet in his driver’s license photo 😊

  3. How can we miss Joe Exotic when the saga that he left behind won’t go away? The fun just keeps on coming.

    Disclaimer: I’m not a lawyer, but…

Since the Court previously gave the park and its assets to Carol Baskin to settle a just debt, the OTC is unlikely to be able to attach any of that property. They can hold Jeff Lowe upside down by his ankles and shake him to collect the coins in his pockets, but I doubt that Lowe has a net worth greater than zero.

OTC could perhaps file criminal tax evasion charges against Lowe, and he could wind up in the state pen. But not as Joe’s cellmate, since Joe is in federal prison.
