Jeff Lowe sued by Oklahoma Tax Commission!

We have learned via the Ogle Mole Network that the Oklahoma Tax Commission has filed a lawsuit against the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park and its diminutive scuzzbucket owner, Jeff Lowe, in Garvin County court.

In the suit, which was filed yesterday, the agency requests an order to shut down the park for failing to file and pay tax returns, operating without a valid sales tax permit, and allowing little douche bags to still wear Affliction attire.

You can read the full lawsuit below:

According to the suit, the OTC claims the GW Exotic Animal owes approximately $50,000 in delinquent taxes from 2016 alone. The agency claims the full amount isn't known until the zoo files all of its delinquent returns.

The lawsuit was filed just a week or so after a judge gave that Bitch Down in Florida Who Murdered Her Husband – Carol Baskin –  ownership and control of the park. How does that affect the OTC's lawsuit against Lowe in the zoo? I have no clue, but I guess we'll eventually find out.

Anyway, I guess we'll continue to monitor this story for as long as people still care about and click on Joe Exotic related articles. Stay with The Lost Ogle. We'll keep you advised.
