Biggest Strength: He’s only the dean of all Oklahoma news anchors and comes from good news anchor pedigree. He also “blesses” all News 9 viewers with his “My 2-cents” commentary on a bunch of issues nobody really cares about.

Who she is: Pitch lady for (and possible owner of) 1.800.2SellHomes.
Biggest Strength: Give her credit, she does have a consistent marketing message.
Biggest Weakness: The marketing message is very annoying. Plus, the whole “we buy ugly houses” is shady style of business that preys upon people who are in desperate, unfortunate circumstances.
Fun Fact: The phone numbers used to be 1.800.NoAgent.

Biggest Weakness: He’s a douche bag.
Fun Fact: His band will be playing tonight at The Bricktown Brewery for St. Patrick’s Day. Yes, the Bricktown Brewery still exists.

Biggest Strength: He is the host of the best radio show in Oklahoma that nobody really listens to. He also apparently gets along well with Dean Blevins (i.e. brings him coffee and pain pills).
Biggest Weakness: Southern Nazarene University.
Fun Fact: Toby used to have a show on The Sports Animal called the Small College Hoops Magazine. Nobody really listened to it, either.

Who he is: The anonymous Monday morning colomnist for the Daily Oklahoman.
Conference: The Black Tower League
Biggest Strength: On occasion, he actually writes some funny stuff for the state’s newspaper. In fact, his Monday morning column is the second best one, falling right behind Mel Bracht’s weekly rating of the weeks top five sports broadcasts.
Biggest Weakness: Probably motivated by us, Mr. Monday started a blog. It began strong, but is now updated less than his column.
Fun Fact: Although he’s anonymous, we think that he graduated from some weird school in Missouri.

Biggest Strength: He may be a not-so-good sports anchor, radio host and college football analyst, but I think some people forget that Dean did play for both the OU football and basketball team. That’s impressive.
Biggest Weakness: Too many to name, but the ability to “hold it in” is the first thing that comes to mind.
Fun Fact: We are 75% sure that Dean once turned down an offer to be the sports director for some TV channel in Dallas.

Biggest Strength: Brent seems to have a good sense of humor. Plus, he gets to work with pretty girls.
Biggest Weakness: He couldn’t make it is a back-up sports anchor in Oklahoma City, and according to a reader, is shy and easily embarrassed.
Fun Fact: His MySpace page is still private. Damn.

I was listening to the Animal last week while Dean broke down the chances of Blake Griffin playing in the Big XII tournament. He said (without any sense of irony):

True story: Last year on the way to Dallas via Southwest Airlines, I saw the 1-800-2SellHomes lady. She was about 4 row up, and get this…she was actually kinda good looking. Now I know…what??!? Clark, also heard Deano’s insightful comment regarding Blake Griffin’s injury. Just remember that when Deano is giving a report it’s not so much the actual dissemination and accuracy of information that’s important but that HE is in Kansas City talking one on one with Blake and he is really cool.

I was at Sushi Neko for dinner last night, and Deano himself met his wife and son (I presume) there. He took a bunch of pictures with his blackberry - it had a flash and was a little bit annoying. But, he didn’t have to get up to go to the bathroom while talking on said phone.
