A couple of months ago, we begged our readers to come up with some captions for this picture of Jason White and KISS FM morning jock Ron Williams doing stuff with pool sticks. Here’s what we said:
Whoever writes the best, most funny one-lined caption for the picture above wins their choice of one of the following things:
• A limited edition Lost Ogle T-Shirt
• A limited edition date with Blythe
• Lunch with Clark Matthews
First of all, it should be pointed out that apparently Blythe has a boyfriend and Clark Matthews no longer eats lunch, so it looks like our winner will have to live with a FREE limited edition Lost Ogle T-Shirt and possibly an autographed copy of a recent Gazette. Amazing, huh.

- Caption 5: I wish I could tell you that Jason fought the good fight, and the brotha let him be. I wish I could tell you that - but prison is no fairy-tale world. He never said who did it, but we all knew. Things went on like that for awhile - pool hall life consists of routine, and then more routine. Every so often, Jason would show up with fresh bruises. The brotha kept at him - sometimes he was able to fight ‘em off, sometimes not. And that’s how it went for Jason - that was his routine. I do believe those first few years after winning the Heisman were the worst for him, and I also believe that if things had gone on that way, the pool hall would have got the best of him.

i agree. murder by death will be in town on 5/23, and my favorite song of theirs is called, “holy lord, shawshank redemption is such a good movie.” they are so right.

Steadfast Jason White would not let an a$$ injury break his concentration. Pull a Heisman on that Manhoe. When Pool used to be called ballards and had only 2 colors. It was black balls against white balls. JAson Dufrain put up with hours of filth I can’t began to imagine.
I was in Tuttle the other day and half the kids ten or below looked like Jason.
